Application for Residence Permits:

1. Submit a completed Visa and Residence Permits Application Form and 1 Passport photo, in Color, 2 x 2 inches, taken in full face view, no hat.     

2. Submit original certificate of accommodation registration for visitors in Zibo

3. Submit your valid passport and visa;

4. Submit original health certificate issued by entry-exit inspection and quarantine department;

5. Submit school application letter, Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201 or JW202) and the original letter of offer from the host school.

Tips for Residence Permit Application:

1. Students under 16 shall submit a certified guardian agreement from a municipal level notarization department;

2. Applicants who are under 18 or above 70 and applicants who apply to renew their residence permits within 3 months after expiry are exempted from submitting health certificates

3. Applicants who are applying for the first time shall apply in person; Applicants who re-apply can be delegated by their host school or relatives;

4. The public bureau exit-entry administration department can require the applicants to appear in person or submit other supplementary materials.
